We’re currently looking for a Skilled and compassionate Dental Assistant to join the team at Strobel family Dental. Our father and son-led practice has 40+ years of creating lasting smiles. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Treatment Rooms: Sterilize instruments and ensure all equipment is ready for procedures.
- Assist During Procedures: Provide chairside support to the dentist, ensuring patient comfort and operational efficiency.
- Radiography: Take and develop dental X-rays as needed, adhering to safety protocols.
- Patient Education: Inform patients about proper oral hygiene practices and post-procedure care.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate patient records and assist with dental charting.
- Inventory Oversight: Manage and monitor dental supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Infection Control: Follow stringent infection control protocols to maintain a safe and clean clinical environment.
Qualifications
- Certification in dental assisting or equivalent (required).
- State dental radiography certification (preferred).
- Prior experience in a dental office setting (preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- A genuine commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30,150.00 – $40,170.00 per year
