What Changes From One Town to the Next
Dentistry does not change across the valley. Three local things do, and each one moves what a family should do. Your community page goes into the detail. Here is the brief version of all three.
- Your water, and the fluoride in it. Sugar City draws from a city well that adds nothing. Households around Hibbard are on private wells that Idaho does not regulate or test. Idaho Falls measured 0.4 ppm against the 0.7 that prevents cavities. Three towns, three different answers, and almost nobody is told their number.
- Your school calendar. Sugar-Salem District 322 and Madison District 321 do not run the same year. Hibbard Elementary stops at fourth grade, so those families are already driving to Rexburg.
- Your drive, and when it costs you. A farm household near Hibbard and a commuting household in Idaho Falls have different hard weeks. Tell the front desk which one you are.
